30 to 100-Day Comfort Guarantee:
We understand that choosing the right mattress can take time. That’s why we ask that you keep your mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow it to break in and your body to adjust. If you don’t love your new mattress, you can use a one time Comfort Exchange for a new mattress of equal or greater value.

Adjustable Base Returns:
Adjustable bases are not eligable for return. All sales on adjustable bases are final.
Condition of the Mattress:
For a return to be eligible, the mattress must be in like-new condition. Any stains, soils, marks, or damage will automatically void all return requests. We recommend using a mattress protector to keep your mattress in pristine condition during the trial period.
Defective Mattresses:
If your mattress arrives with any defects or quality issues, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the problem promptly. This may involve arranging for a repair or replacement of the defective mattress at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping:
Sleepy Joe’s Mattress will facilitate pick up of your mattress if you are within 50 miles of one of our store front locations. If you live more than 50 miles from one of our locations, you are responsible for the cost of returning the mattress to our store. We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking to ensure the mattress arrives safely.
